Stephen started his City career with a Stockbroker at age 16 and then joined Goldman Sachs as a futures trader and later as a risk manager to a team of successful traders. It was in this position that it became apparent that performance was being influenced by state of mind. His new career path began. It was then that he committed his new career/life to learning more about the human mind.
It led to him training as a hypnotherapist initially, and then as a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with training in many other forms of Psychology along the way. In 2010 Stephen discovered the understanding of the Three Principles, which is described as the foundation behind all human experience and the underpinning of all Psychology – the blueprint to how the human mind works. His expertise lies in unlocking the true potential of the human mind and showing his clients how to access this. Previously (until 2007), he was Director of the Army’s Educational and Training Services – responsible for learning and development across the entire Army. Kate is a highly regarded transformation coach specialising in leader performance, and maternity transition coaching. Loredana is a graduate from the University of Bucharest, and has spent almost 20 years in media and advertising, where she worked for Publicis and MTV, and under her own agency with clients such as HP, Microsoft, Visa and Carrefour. She has now leveraged her ability to discover brand insights into ones about human psychology.
