Initially MCW ran a Quality of Mind Realisation programme for the UK CEO Board.

The PPF had no overall control or oversight of the delivery of internal change projects, many of which had conflicts and reduced impact
Created a centralised Portfolio Management Office and Change Action Board. All new change initiatives requiring Capex investment would go through the CAB and portfolio office and ensure that investments were balanced and strategically aligned.

LIGHTHOUSE – Digital Visioning: Oxford University Press
OUP were as a traditional publishing house losing out to more versatile digital printing organisations and needed to develop and deliver a digital transformation across business in Oxford and New York
MCW conducted a number of our LIGHTHOUSE workshops to help all divisions create their digital vision and plan to deliver it. MCW additionally assisted the management team in designing and implementing a new organisation design and target operating model.
The time taken from commissioning a book to publishing – reduced by up to 2 years.
LIGHTHOUSE: Organisational restructure: Study Group
Reduction in student demand due to restrictions on overseas students, meant that Study group had decided it needed to close one of its 4 UK based international schools.
MCW conducted a number LIGHTHOUSE workshops to help the client gain clarity of what its offer was and how to determine who its target market was, and how to deliver the vision.
Study Group closed one of its schools and pivoted its strategy on delivering university foundation level courses to overseas students.
