Our Methodology 
 
The work we do is usually iterative as opposed to strictly linear. We are very flexible and create client bespoke solutions, however from our experience the most effective way to work with clients follows this process: 
Discovery - We come to observe, understand, and assess the current situation first hand. This might involve some interviews, ethnographical coaching, psychometrics assessments or leadership gauges. 
 
Clarify & Propose - Once we have clarified our understanding, we will then propose to you various solutions, usually consisting of selection of interventions (e.g. coaching, training, team building, innovation creation etc) 
 
Is the discovery phase important?  
Time and again we realise that there are times when an objective pair of eyes can see behaviour issues and opportunities more clearly than those that are embedded in current paradigms of thinking and seeing. Obviously there is huge advantage in finding this out before we start, not halfway through....
