Working in partnership with military service leaders and client organisations, we provide directors, managers and consultants for change programmes. We work with military organisations and charities to access an untapped, yet tried and tested workforce to meet the need for high quality resource. We deliver an excellent, quality assured service by providing consultants supported by on-site mentoring and an on-going professional development programme.
