Piers Thurston is a co-founder and director of MCW. Piers is an established personal & business coach, trainer, and facilitator, he designs and facilitates workshops in innovation, strategy alignment, and soft skills worldwide. After reading law at Durham University, Piers worked in marketing and innovation with large FMCG companies (including Mars, and Diageo), before running his own team building company. He is a NLP trainer, an accredited personal development coach, and hypnotherapist and accredited to use the Mettle gauges. He is an experienced and skilled trainer and mentor in coaching behaviour. Clients include: Unilever, Ford, CPW, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola, EEDA, NTDA, and Mars Masterfoods. 
Jonathan Pilgrim is a co-founder and director of MCW. Jonathan is a highly successful culture and behavioural change professional with considerable strategic change and operational Organisation Development skills. He has 15 years’ change management experience with expert and award-winning relationship management skills specialising in gaining buy-in from stakeholders. He is an accomplished facilitator, NLP master practitioner and a professional (Law Society) mediator. He has considerable international experience within both the Public and Private sectors.Clients include HMRC, TFL, EEDA, Essex CC, Bradford & Bingley, Co-Operative Group and CFBT.  
Aileen Egan has extensive business experience in management and marketing in the aviation and telecommunications industries. Specialist areas include executive coaching, change management, organisational development, management and team development and leadership. She has an MBA from Henley & a qualified a Trainer at Ashridge Management College. She also completed a Masters in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at Surrey University. She is a TMS, SDI practitioner and a qualified Executive Coach. She works with teams and individuals and for a range of corporate clients, such as AMLIN, Brit Insurance, GE Healthcare, GSK, Kimberly-Clark, and Pfizer.  
Barbara Capstick is an experienced qualified coach, HR professional, and NLP practitioner. For more than 20 years she has worked within the legal market and has become a highly regarded mentor and coach to partners, lawyers and managers alike. Barbara was the first graduate of Meyler Campbell's Business Coach programme, which is the only coaching programme accredited by the Law Society. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Client include, The Law Society and well known law firms e.g. Paisner & C, Russell Jones & Walker and KSB Law. 
 
Dr. Peter Saxton has over 20 years’ senior management and board level experience. A former chief pilot, he entered senior management with British Airways, he was General Manager of T4 at Heathrow Airport. Now his work is comprises of advising on leadership, corporate governance, and strategy implementation. He has worked extensively with Cranfield to help senior and managers develop communication and influencing skills. He was trained in Facilitation at Henley Business School. He is an accredited Belbin practitioner, and authorised course designer by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Peter has trained rank officers in the military, senior officers within the Civil Service, partners of law firms, mentored executives in the manufacturing, insurance and banking sectors. Clients have included Toyota, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), and NATO, and is a Visiting Tutor with the Praxis Centre, & Cranfield School of Management. 
 
Ian Crawford is change consultant who use Appreciative Inquiry and Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling provoking people to challenge their thinking and behaviour to take a more positive perspective on change. After a full career in the army, Ian has a Masters in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Business School, is an experienced PRINCE2 project manager and MSP and CHAMPS2 programme manager, EFQM assessor and lean systems process improvement practitioner. Clients include British Airways, London Underground, Dalkia, Carillion, BVS Venture Capital, DWP, MoD, IPCC, Eurocontrol, Pakistan Government and a large range of UK government organisations 
Rita Jeffery is a senior Management Learning and Development specialist and Business Coach, designing and delivering programmes to implement change and improved performance. Previously a qualified underwriter at Sun Alliance and Manager at Churchill Insurance. Clients have included Arista, Plan International, Chartered Insurance Institute, Australian High Commission and AAT. An NLP and MBTI practitioner, she uses these to engage individuals and teams at all levels. Her passion in developing individuals to reach their potential has seen her add training and assessing on coaching skills and financial services programmes to her portfolio.  
Jackie Sewell specialises in assessing and developing organization structure and management behaviours. She works in retail and consumer markets and in the public sector in education, she also has experience of the IT sector, the retail banking sector. Her background includes business systems analysis, and 5 years at KPMG. Jackie is an accredited Human Synergistics International (HSI) practitioner to analyse and design organisational culture (OCI), individual thinking styles, group behaviour, and leadership. Her clients include DfES, and Coca Cola. 
Martin Ballard has held dedicated Learning & Development roles for more than 14 years. Career experience was gained in the retail, catering and finance sectors. Martin now works as an external Trainer & Coach in all sectors. He is licensed as a NLP Practitioner, trained in Transactional Analysis and is an accredited Belbin team role trainer. His specialisms include Management & Leadership Skills, Appraisal Skills, Managing Performance, Conflict Resolution, Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills, and Coaching Skills for Managers. Chris Rigby is an experienced learning and development professional providing consultancy private and public sector organisations ranging in scale from global plcs to SMEs across education, oil & gas, risk management and board consulting, engineering, and e-technology sectors. Chris has a degree in Geography from Leeds University and an MBA from Henley Management College, and is a senior lecturer at Middlesex University Business School leading modules on MBA and Masters in Human Resource Development. Specialist skills and research interests include learning transfer, critical reflection, and learning organization benchmarking. Richard Waddell is a project and operations manager with a diverse range of experience. After completing a degree in Transport Design, he spent over six years with the British Army. He completed tours in Iraq, Cyprus and Afghanistan, specialising in planning and implementing leadership and management training. Richard holds the ILM L7 Executive Management qualification and a City & Guilds leadership and management graduateship. He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and is Security Cleared. Clients include programme manager for the newly formed National Skills Academy for Social Care, and for Essex CC.

Mark Huggins After a 12 year business career in retail management and sales and marketing Mark followed his dream career and trained to be a professional actor. 3 years at a London drama school followed by a successful theatre and TV career saw Mark performing the lead role in Les Miserables amongst other achievements. Mark then developed his career as a business roleplayer and in 1999 he formed Corporate Drama a dedicated team of professional roleplayers. Mark is now a successful coach, trainer and facilitator specialising in the use of deploying role play scenarios to embed behaviour change within organisations . Clients include: Clyde and Co, Eversheds, Clifford Chance, Levi Straus, O2, BAA, Louis Vuitton, The Dorchester Collection, Barclays and Deutsche Bank.
