True to our philosophy to change we know that once leaders have solid understanding of the principles behind Qualify of Mind their leadership abilities dramatically increases on all levels (not to mentioned their well-being and purpose). It underpins everything that they need as a leader in themselves and for their followers.
We call it the ‘Hidden Leadership Variable’. It is pervasive, sustainable, and once understood completely leverageable.
