The Value Proposition - Is what we do worth it?
Is there a guaranteed ROI up front ?

We work in more abstract and intangible areas than, say, computer systems or procurement processes, so we understand it can be more difficult to measure the financial ROI of our 'people changes' - but that doesn't mean we can't. And it certainly doesn't mean they aren't worth it!

So if your financial director wants to see realms of hard empirical evidence to demonstrate the guaranteed financial benefits before embarking on this investment, we can help by pointing you to industry case studies of where the financial benefits have been robustly measured.

We are also happy to put our money where our mouth is and work on a risk reward basis in some circumstances or, if not, agree clear tangible success criteria.
“MCW were willing to enable us to experience some of their work before we had to commit to any large expense, their value soon became clear....!"
