We train and mentor people to become accredited coaches. This is a MCW accreditation that has been endorsed by the ILM
At the end of our accreditation program we believe (and verify) that you have the skills and confidence to coach people in the personal or commercial worlds to a competent standard. Although we don't believe your development as a coach finishes there!
The Accreditation Journey:
Module 1 - the accreditation starts with a two day training workshop.
Module 2 - a combination of distance learning, mentoring, and practice client modules.
Module 3 - Assessment
