The brief: MCW was asked to come and consult and mentor on an innovation project to step change a global leading FMCG company’s most valuable brand and products.  
 
What we did: We ran a project for 6 months that included desk top discovery and research, insight analysis, ideation workshops and concept development and internal global market alignment.
