Piers Thurston   

Co-founder & Director 

Piers leads the INSIGHT business for MCW. He is an established personal & business coach, with over 6,000 hours experience. He also designs and facilitates workshops in mindset transformation, innovation, strategy alignment, and leadership across the world. After reading law at Durham University, Piers worked in marketing and innovation with large FMCG companies. He is a graduate of the Three Principles Professional Institute and SuperCoach USA, and an ex NLP trainer. A thought leader in the field of state of mind in business, he is also a skilled facilitator of coaching skills in others, having trained and mentored over 750 coaches.

Neela Bettridge

Neela has more than 10 years’ experience coaching individual leaders and senior teams at major multinationals.  Neela was  a  founding partner of Article 13 Group, a leader in the field of business responsibility (CSR), governance and development of clean technologies and social enterprise.  Neela’s passion is enabling individuals and teams to articulate what it is to be who they really are by empathetic physical, emotional, and linguistic mediation. Dr Angela Smith

As a Coach, Trainer and Speaker the majority of Angela’s work is around the area of growing personal resilience inside and outside of the workplace, having designed and delivered hundreds of resilience courses, trained thousands of people. In addition as a Forensic Psychologist, she works within the criminal justice system. Chris Rigby

After achieving his MBA at Henley, Chris qualified as a coach and has clients from across the private, public and NFP sectors. In addition he facilitates Action Learning to support the transfer of learning from leadership programme into the workplace. Jennifer Bernard

Jennifer has spent her working life in health, social care and education. Jennifer holds a CQSW and MA in Social Policy and Social Research. She is a registered PhD student at City University.  She is a board member of the College of Social Work and Governor of the University of West London. She is a consulting director for SCIE (the Social Care Institute for Excellence) and the National Skills Academy for Social Care, where she is the lead judge for the WorldSkills competitions in health and social care. Jennifer is chair of the IHM Examination Board, a member of City & Guilds. Stephen Deresborough

Stephen started his City career with a Stockbroker at age 16 and then joined Goldman Sachs as a futures trader and later as a risk manager to a team of successful traders. It was in this position that it became apparent that performance was being influenced by state of mind. His new career path began. It was then that he committed his new career/life to learning more about the human mind.

It led to him training as a hypnotherapist initially, and then as a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with training in many other forms of Psychology along the way.
