MCW was set up to enable passionate and successful change management consultants to work as a team to deliver all levels of behaviour change throughout an organisation, from culture design to skills training.  
 
We work across a wide variety of industries, developing products and services to client specifications, for both public and private sector clients.  
 
At MCW, we operate with an associate model that gives us the flexibility to tailor our teams on a client and project basis, delivering the benefit of the most appropriate and skilled resource for you. Our associates all run their own businesses and choose to work on our MCW projects.
