We work with both recruitment consultancies and the hiring organisation, using combination of coaching, consultancy and facilitation to deliver a totally motivated individual, team and company.

This programme delivers

•A clear and focused company aligned strategy and objectives

•An action plan for how to deliver the strategy

•A personal development plan to improve any identified development needs

•A competent and aligned team with individual development plans

•A map of all stakeholders needs and methods - an understanding on how to manage them effectively

A communication pack (a set of succinct key messages to be used for all stakeholders and team members) highlighting the executive’s views on:

•What the past was like (where you were)

•What will be done (where you are going)

•What you have done (Where you are)

We also run a Rites of Passage coaching and alignment program for Law Firms

  • As a lawyer you can go through several 'rites of passage' in your career - from trainee to solicitor, from solicitor to trainee supervisor, and from solicitor to partner.
  • Each one of these transitions can raise different and considerable challenges for both the individual and the firm.
  • MPW has developed a range of development programs (based around our 100 days coaching program) to assist and facilitate these transitions.
